Tunes in the Trees

Tunes in the Trees is a grassroots music festival held in Woombah, initiated in response to the devastating bushfires of 2019. This event was conceived as a way to bring the community together and foster resilience in the face of climate disasters.

The Woombah Residents Association has taken an active role in securing grants to make Tunes in the Trees possible. By hosting the festival, the association aims to strengthen community bonds and ensure that Woombah is better equipped to handle future climate-related challenges.
